My Swimming Recount

I was so excited to go to the Dean Greenwood swimming pool at New Windsor again.
When I went  swimming I didn’t eat my snack I just sat and looked at my bag to see if
everything was there. I checked to see if I had my togs, goggles, towel and  plastic bag
for my wet clothes. When I got changed I sometimes talked with my friends about
swimming. When the time was up I lined up at the hop scotch area. We walked to where
the bus had stopped. We went inside the bus and talked about swimming. When we
arrived, we smelt the fresh water at the pool immediately. We changed into our togs, and
waited until it was our turn to go. Finally it was our turn. We sat at the edge of the pool
and put our feet on the bar. Some of us put our fit in the water. When the lesson started
we did some back kicking, front kicking, starfish, arm circles and some diving. When we
completed our swimming lesson we immediately got changed. We changed as fast as we
could and we lined up outside. Our teacher Miss Paton counted us so that everyone was
there. We walked and walked and waited for the bus. Sometimes the bus was late and
sometimes the bus was early.

Conclusion

At first I thought we were learning new things but all we did was swim around. It was fun to swim around and practise my swimming strokes at the swimming pool.
